Our recent student housing projects include: The Marshall, University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, MN Designer BKV Group and its client, EdR and Schenck Realty Group, transformed the 1920s-era John Marshall High School property into The Marshall, a 994-bed community featuring one-of-a-kind amenities and the nation's frst TargetExpress. Georgia Heights, University of Georgia, Athens, GA Located in the heart of downtown Athens and near the University of Georgia campus, Georgia Heights Apartments is a 292-bed, apartment-style student residence facility with con- temporary amenities. The community opened in August 2015. WaHu, University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, MN WaHu Student Apartments is a 826-bed mixed-use devel- opment just east of the University of Minnesota East Bank Campus. The building is located across from the new TCF Bank Stadium and the Stadium Village stop on the METRO Green Line. The Standard, University of Tennessee, Knoxville, TN The Standard ofers 234 units of market-rate rental student housing. Slated for completion in fall 2016, this nine-story proj- ect will have 672 beds. The unit mix will include studios and one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom units.
