Fargo, N.D. — A partnership
between PROffutt Limited
Partnership, the real estate divi-
sion of R.D. Offutt Co., and
North Dakota State University
is set to break ground on a new
four-story housing complex. The
344-bed property will offer a mix
of two- and four-bedroom units,
alongside 6,230 square feet of
retail and a 3,847-square-foot
student living area. The proj-
ect will also offer 258 parking
spaces. Construction is slated to
begin this spring, with a comple-
tion date yet to be announced.
The new four-story student housing complex at North Dakota State University
will offer 344-beds and 6,230 square feet of retail.
