Around $3,000 was donated to Toys For Tots in the process, and the campaign saw 2,102 users and 7,742 video views. Off-Campus: Best In-House Management Innovation Tableau Reporting Aspen Heights Tableau is directly connected to the com- pany's property management software API, allowing televisions around its corporate office and in every on-site general manager's office to display a real time leasing dash- board. The dashboard shows the entire port- folio at a glance, how many leases they have signed for the day as they are signed, as well as a running total for the week and an overall pre-leased percentage to goal comparison. Off-Campus: Best Vendor/Operator Solution EdR and Paradigm Marketing and Creative EdR The award went to EdR for its partnership with Paradigm Marketing and Creative for the initial lease-up of its off-campus proj- ect that opened last July near Texas State University in San Marcos. At this develop- ment, "dusty boot" tours weren't allowed, and space for a temporary leasing office was limited. The company incorporated Oculus Rift technology for a virtual reality tour. Off-Campus: Best Social Media Campaign Elf on the Shelf Aspen Heights From December 18 through December 22 of last year, Aspen Heights launched a cam- paign to boost social engagement and give away free prizes in the spirit of the holi- days. The contest was housed on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, and garnered 260,378 brand impressions, 24,237 total engagements and 12,401 video views. Off-Campus: Best Package and Offering of Amenities C3 Lubbock Capstone Collegiate Communities The 969-bed cottage property located near Texas Tech University offers amenities including an expansive clubhouse, pool, parks, cross fit-style outdoor exercise space, an amphitheater, pocket parks for walking and washing pets, study spaces and more. Campus Apartments' 114 Earle in Clemson, South Carolina, won the award for Best New Off-Campus Development with More Than 400 Beds. Core Spaces' Hub U District in Seattle won the award for Best New Off-Campus Development with Less Than 400 Beds.
