The community offers one- and two-bedroom, loft- style, fully furnished units. ASSET CAMPUS HOUSING AWARDED MANAGEMENT OF 518-BED COMMUNITY NEAR IOWA STATE Ames, Iowa — Asset Campus Housing has been awarded management of Stadium View Suites, a 518-bed student housing community located near Iowa State University in Ames. The prop- erty offers two-, three- and four-bedroom units with bed-to-bath parity. Shared amenities in- clude a clubhouse, fitness facilities, parking, tanning and a study lounge. NELSON BROTHERS CEO LAUNCHES NEW STUDENT HOUSING VENTURE, NELSON PARTNERS Aliso Viejo, Calif. — Patrick Nelson, president and CEO of Aliso Viejo-based Nelson Brothers, has launched a new student housing company, Nelson Partners. After over 14 years of work- ing together, Patrick and Brian Nelson, co-pres- ident and CMO of Nelson Brothers, have de- cided to part ways. "The vast success of Nelson Brothers has been greater than I ever imagined it would be," says Patrick Nelson. ASSET CAMPUS AWARDED MANAGEMENT OF THREE COMMUNITIES TOTALING 2,286 BEDS Austin, Texas — Asset Campus Housing has been awarded management of Ballpark Apart- ments in Austin, Texas, which consists of several student communities in central Austin, includ- ing Ballpark East, Ballpark South and Ballpark West. These communities total 2,286 beds, and serve students attending The University of Texas at Austin, St. Edwards University, Aus- tin Community College, Concordia University and Huston-Tillotson University. Ballpark East offers 810 beds in one-, two-, three- and four- bedroom units. Shared amenities include bocce ball, tennis and volleyball courts, a pool and hot tub, a 24-hour fitness facility, business center, on-site yoga and Crossfit classes. Ballpark West offers 792 beds in one-, two- and four-bedroom units.
