More than 130 companies were invited to participate in the survey, with 35 qualifed companies responding. We asked respondents to be thorough and accurate in taking the survey; SHB requested exact numbers and percentages, and requested results be based only on properties managed in the United States. The SHB Innovator Awards celebrate the best and brightest projects and programs in our industry for on-campus and off-campus properties.
