GREYSTAR TO MANAGE PROGRESS405 NEAR OKLAHOMA STATE Stillwater, Okla. — Progress Builders has selected Greystar Student Living to manage Progress405 near the campus of Oklahoma State University in Stillwater. The 544-bed community will be located within walking distance of the Oklahoma State University campus and Boone Pickens Stadium. Progress405 will include one-, two- and four-bedroom units ranging in size from 548 to 1,640 square feet of living space. Fully furnished will include private bedrooms and bathrooms. Interior fnishes will include custom cabinetry with quartz counter- tops, stainless steel appliances, upgraded fxtures and wood-style plank fooring. Community amenities will include a clubhouse with a lobby freplace, social spaces, study areas with Wi-Fi, a ftness center with locker rooms and showers, tanning beds and an entertainment lounge with billiards tables. Residents will also have access to sand volleyball, a swimming pool, a sun deck with cabanas, and grilling stations. The pet-friendly community is close to Stillwagon Dog Park and Boomer Lake. COMFY SECURES $1.25 MILLION OF SERIES A FUNDING LED BY ATX SEED VENTURES Austin, Texas — Austin-based Comfy, a student rental market- place and developer of the Unbill app, which allows roommates to split bills and other living expens- es, has secured $1.25 million of Series A funding led by ATX Seed Ventures, an Austin-based ven- ture capital fund. Comfy plans to use the funds to grow its team and enhance the Unbill product, which automates almost all bill pay for roommates and individu- als. Launched in March, Unbill has seen steady growth in its ini- tial Austin-only phase with its customer base increasing by 200 percent in July alone. Comfy has also announced a strategic part- nership with Conservice, a utility management provider who has also invested in the company.
