CAMPUS UPDATE MARCH/APRIL 2015 STUDENT HOUSING BUSINESS .COM 28 University of Mississippi ACH TO DEVELOP 642-BED COMMUNITY Oxford, Miss. — Asset Campus Housing has begun construction on Domain at Ox- ford, an off-campus student housing com- munity in Oxford that will serve Univer- sity of Mississippi students. The leasing center will open fall 2015 and the com- munity will open for residents in fall 2016. Domain at Oxford will be a gated 216-unit property with 642 beds located within one mile of the University of Mississippi. The community will provide students with foor plan options including one-, two-, and four-bedroom apartments and town- homes. Every fully furnished apartment will come standard with hardwood-style foors, granite countertops, fat-screen TVs, stainless steel appliances, private bath- rooms, full-size washer and dryer, and oth- er features. Domain at Oxford will feature an 11,000-square-foot clubhouse, a resort- style pool, Internet café, outdoor fre pit, sand volleyball, poolside hammock lounge area, video gaming center, complimentary tanning, group ftness studio, 24-hour gym and multiple private group study rooms. Each fully furnished apartment at Domain at Oxford will come standard with hardwood-style foors, granite countertops, fat-screen TVs, stainless steel appliances, private bathrooms, full-size washer and dryer, and other features.
