Properties include Pointe at Troy, a 408-bed student housing community located near Troy University in Alabama; University Trails, a 676-bed student housing community located near the Univer- sity of Kentucky in Lexington; and Lyndon at Springtown, a 510-bed stu- dent housing community currently under construction near Texas State University in San Marcos. Pointe at Troy offers two- and four-bedroom, fully furnished units. Shared amenities include a tanning dome, a fitness center, a newly renovated resort-style pool and a new dog park. Univer- sity Trails offers two- and four-bedroom, fully furnished units with bed- to-bath parity. Shared amenities include a business center; a resort-style swimming pool with a grill; sand volleyball, basketball and tennis courts; a state-of-the-art fitness center; and a game room with billiards. Lyndon at Springtown is set to offer shared amenities including a resort-style swimming pool with poolside cabanas, a full outdoor kitchen, recreation room, fitness center, an outdoor game area, a sand volleyball court and outdoor fitness space. LENDLEASE NAMES MATT MYLLYKANGAS DIRECTOR OF STUDENT HOUSING DEVELOPMENT New York — New York City-based Lendlease Communities has named Matt Myllykangas director of student housing development. Myllykangas joins Lendlease from student housing developer Servitas, where he served as senior vice president of preconstruction and devel- opment. In his new position, Myllykangas will oversee the company's portfolio of student housing public-private partnerships and support university partners.
