Dispositions include Knollwood Apartments, Oakwood Apartments, Clubhouse Apartments, Maplewood Apartments and Millbrook Apartments. Tom Boyle of Chozick Realty Inc. represented the seller and procured the undisclosed buyer in the transaction. GMH CAPITAL PARTNERS ACQUIRES 328-BED COMMUNITY NEAR JOHNS HOPKINS UNIVERSITY Baltimore — GMH Capital Partners has acquired Varsity on Charles, a 328-bed com- munity located adjacent to Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. The property, renamed The Academy on Charles, offers a mix of stu- dio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom fully furnished units. Community amenities include a rooftop terrace, state-of-the-art fitness center, clubhouse, business center, indoor bike room, tanning bed, study lounge and a game and recreational area. The Clubhouse Apartments community was sold by Storrs Acquisition LLC, alongside four other properties near the University of Connecticut.
